How to Send Money to Another Welile User

Who this is for: any Welile user with a withdrawable balance.

You can transfer money to other Welile users from your balance card.

How to send​

  1. Tap Transfer on your balance card.
  2. Choose or enter the Welile user you are sending to.
  3. Enter the amount.
  4. Confirm.

How to check it went through​

The transfer appears in your statement with the amount and the recipient. Check there rather than relying on memory, especially on a busy collection day.

Before you send​

Check the recipient carefully. A transfer is a movement of real money to another account, so confirm you have the right person before you confirm the amount.

Agents: transfers come from your withdrawable balance — your own money. Operational float is for tenant instalments and collections, not for sending to other users. See understand your balances.
