How to Withdraw Your Welile Partner Returns
Withdrawing returns means taking out what your portfolio has earned. It is not the same as getting back the amount you contributed — that is a principal request, with different rules.
How returns reach you
If your portfolio uses monthly payout, each month's return is routed to the payout destination on your portfolio — the bank account or mobile money number you gave at onboarding. You do not have to ask for each one.
If your portfolio compounds, returns are not paid out during the term. They are added to your balance. To take money out you would be looking at renewing or redeeming at maturity.
Check this first
Your payout destination. It is on your portfolio. If the account name or number is wrong or out of date, a payout cannot reach you — and that is the single commonest cause of a partner thinking a return was missed.
Tell Welile if your bank or mobile money details change.
How long it takes
Welile has not published a processing time for partner payouts, so this page does not state one.
What you can rely on: your portfolio shows what has been earned and when your next payout date falls. If money has not arrived a reasonable time after that date, treat it as something to raise rather than something to keep waiting on.
If a payment is late or missing
- Check your portfolio — the amount earned, and whether your payout date has passed.
- Check your payout details on the portfolio.
- Check your own account — bank or mobile money.
- Contact support with your portfolio code, the period and the amount.
Keep your own records. A partner who can quote a portfolio code, a date and an amount gets an answer far faster than one who cannot.
No Welile process asks you to pay anything to receive a return, and nobody from Welile will ask for your password or a one-time code.
