How to Top Up Your Welile Partner Contribution
A top-up is more money added to your partnership. Partners typically top up after a payout, or when a portfolio is performing as they expected.
Before you pay
Two things are worth settling with Welile first, because they decide what your top-up earns:
- Whether it joins your existing portfolio or starts a new one. Rates and terms belong to a portfolio, so this matters.
- Which rate and term apply. Do not assume a top-up inherits the rate on a portfolio you opened earlier.
Ask support to confirm both before you send anything. A top-up paid on an assumption is awkward to unpick afterwards.
How to top up
- Contact Welile — through support or your usual partner contact — and say how much you want to add.
- Confirm the rate, the term and which portfolio it belongs to.
- Pay using the route Welile gives you, and keep the confirmation.
- Check it appears against your portfolio.
How to know it worked
The top-up shows against your portfolio, and your contribution or balance reflects it.
If you are relying on Welile to allocate it, allow time for it to be placed against rent plans — see support modes.
If it does not appear
- Check your own payment confirmation.
- Check you used the route Welile gave you.
- Contact support with the amount, the date, the reference and your portfolio code.
Do not send it again while the first payment is being traced.
Whether there is a self-service top-up button in the partner account, and what confirmation message it sends, has not been confirmed for publication. Going through support is the route we can stand behind today.
