Who Is a Welile Tenant Partner?

A Welile tenant partner contributes money that Welile uses to pay tenants' rent to their landlords. The tenant repays Welile over an agreed period, and you earn a monthly return on what you contributed.

You are not chasing tenants or handling rent yourself. Welile does that.

What each side does

You contribute an amount, choose how your returns are handled, and watch it in your portfolio.

Welile finds and verifies the tenants and landlords, pays the landlords, collects the repayments, and pays your returns.

The tenant repays Welile on the schedule agreed in their Rent Plan. They do not repay you directly and you have no dealings with them.

What you are, in Welile's own words

During onboarding you confirm a statement that is worth reading twice:

I understand I am a capital facilitator, not a lender. Welile manages tenant relationships, collections, and monthly payouts.

That sentence is the role. You provide capital; Welile runs the operation.

What a partner is not

You are not the tenant's lender. You have no claim on the tenant and no relationship with them. Your arrangement is with Welile.

You are not a Welile shareholder. Supporting tenants gives you no ownership of the company. Ownership is a separate arrangement — see shareholding.

You are not a depositor. This is not a savings or bank account. Welile is not a bank — see what Welile does not do.

You are not guaranteed an outcome. Your portfolio sets out an agreed monthly rate and term, and your account shows what has been earned and paid. That is what you should rely on, rather than anything anybody says about what you will make.

What you track

Your portfolio is your record: what you contributed, the agreed monthly rate and term, what has been earned, what has been paid to you, when the next payout falls and when the term matures.
