What a Welile Partner Account Gives You

Two separate things: a financial arrangement, and the tools to keep track of it. They are worth separating, because only the second is entirely in Welile's hands to deliver.

The financial arrangement​

A monthly return on agreed terms. Your portfolio carries a rate, a term and a method, and your account records what has been earned against them. See how partners earn.

A choice of how returns are handled. Take them monthly, or let them compound. See return methods.

Payouts to your own account. Bank or mobile money, using the details on your portfolio.

The tools​

A portfolio. One record per contribution: your amount, your rate, your term, your method, your payout day and next payout date, and the total earned. See your portfolio.

Visibility of where your money went. If you choose houses yourself, you see which ones. The partner tools let you browse available houses on a map, compare them, and see what each one's rent needs.

An activity record of contributions, top-ups, returns and payouts, and a statement on request.

What Welile takes off your hands​

You are not finding tenants, verifying landlords, paying rent or chasing repayments. Welile does all of it — including the parts that go wrong.

That is the actual proposition: the operational work of rent finance without you doing the operational work.

What is not included​

Being clear about this is more useful than a longer list of benefits:

  • No guaranteed outcome. Your portfolio's terms and your account's record are what you can rely on.
  • No ownership of Welile. Supporting tenants gives you no stake in the company. That is the Angel Pool, and it is a separate arrangement with very different terms.
  • No say in which tenants are approved. Eligibility is Welile's decision.
  • No access to your contribution on demand. It runs for the term of your portfolio — see getting your principal back.
