Forgotten Password and Welile Partner Account Access
Losing your password does not lose your money.
Your portfolio is a record held by Welile of what you contributed and what it has earned. Your password is only how you sign in to look at it. They are separate things, and one does not depend on the other.
What happens to your portfolio while you are locked out
Nothing changes. Your contribution stays deployed, returns continue to be worked out on the agreed terms, and your records stay as they were.
Recovering access does not create a new portfolio, and it does not reset your figures.
How to recover access
Use the password reset option on the sign-in page. It works through the contact details registered on your account.
If that does not get you in, contact Welile Support. Have ready:
- the name on the account;
- the phone number or email registered to it;
- your portfolio code, if you have it.
Expect to answer questions that confirm you are the account holder. That is deliberate — the same checks are what stop somebody else getting into your account.
If you no longer have your registered phone or email
Contact Welile Support directly and explain. Do not create a second partner account — it does not give you access to the first one, and it makes sorting out the original slower.
What Welile will never ask you for
- Your password. Nobody at Welile needs it.
- A one-time code sent to your phone or email. That code is what proves the account is yours. Anybody asking you to read it out is trying to get into your account.
- A payment to unlock your account or release your money. No such fee exists.
If somebody asks for any of these, stop and contact Welile through the official details below.
Keeping the account yours
- Keep the phone number and email on the account current, and keep the line itself.
- Tell Welile if your payout account changes, so returns keep reaching you.
