How returns work

Two separate things, often confused

Tenant partnership is what this section is mostly about: you support rent, and you earn a monthly return on a portfolio with an agreed term.

The Angel Pool is different. It is participation in the ownership of Welile Technologies Limited — no monthly return, no dividends expected for at least four years, and described by Welile itself as a high-risk long-term investment. See shareholding.

Supporting tenants does not make you a shareholder, and joining the Angel Pool is not tenant support.
