Understanding Your Welile Proxy Agent Dashboard
Your dashboard is where notes are created and tracked, partners are watched, and earnings are checked. Labels move as the app improves; what each area is for does not.
Your notes
Your promissory notes feed lists everything you have created and where each one has reached — pending or activated, and how much has been collected against it.
This is the screen to work from. A pending note is an unfinished conversation. See after a note is created.
Support opportunities
The opportunities available to earmark to a note: ready-to-fund tenant rent plans and verified empty houses.
You can also start a note directly from a house using Create & Share, which pre-selects that house for you.
Remember that attaching houses holds them for seven days.
Your partners and their funds
The partners connected to you, and the money they have put in.
This is where a partner deposit becomes visible — and a deposit is what earns you the 1%. See what you earn.
Your earnings
Your earnings and their breakdown, with your investment history showing what was funded for which partner and the commission alongside it.
Two moments to keep apart: an earning being recorded, and the credit reaching your withdrawable balance after approval. Your statement is the record of what actually landed.
Your performance
Activity, trends, and what has changed over a period, along with recent payouts and any target you are working to.
Use it to see whether your pending notes are converting, not just how many you have created.
Your invite link
Your own link for bringing people in. Copy it from your dashboard and share it — it is what records that a recruit came through you.
Where to go for what
- Create a note — the promissory note form, or Create & Share from a house.
- Track a note — your notes feed.

- See a partner's capital — partner funds.
- See earnings — your earnings and investment history.
- Take money out — see withdraw your money.
- Share your link — your invite link.
Why something may be missing
What you can see depends on your role, your approval status and your account. If you have just joined and the tools are not there, check your approval first.
