Welile Proxy Agent Approval

Your application is reviewed by a person. It starts as pending and becomes approved once that review is done.

Why it is pending​

Accepting the agreement records your application; it does not grant access. Somebody at Welile reviews it first.

Until you are approved you cannot create promissory notes.

How long it takes​

Welile has not published an approval time, so this page does not state one.

We would rather tell you that than invent a number you would then hold us to. Ask when you apply if the timing matters to you.

What can hold it up​

A name that does not match your National ID. The commonest one, and entirely avoidable — use the name on the card.

A National ID number entered incorrectly. Copy it character by character.

An unreachable phone number. Use a line you actually answer.

How you know you are approved​

Your account gains Proxy Agent access — the dashboard and the ability to create notes appear. See your dashboard.

The messages sent on approval have not been confirmed for publication, so do not rely on an email arriving. Check the account itself.

While you wait​

Read up, so you are useful on day one rather than week three:

  • What you earn — the three percentages.
  • What a promissory note is
  • Partner Help — what the people you bring on actually get. Do not skip this: partners will ask you about rates and getting their money back, and the honest answer is "your portfolio sets that out".

If it is not approved, or nothing happens​

Contact support with the name and phone number you applied with. Do not submit a second application — it does not speed anything up and it makes your record harder to read.
