The layout may evolve as Welile improves the platform.

The wallet area can show balances or funds associated with your Field Agent account according to current Welile wallet rules.

Today's Collection​

This section can show rent or collection activity recorded for the current day.

Collection Calendar​

A compact calendar can help show collection performance over time.

Statuses may include:

  • fully paid;
  • partially paid;
  • missed or unpaid;
  • other current status labels.

Latest Collections​

This area can show the most recent collection activity.

Tenants​

You may be able to view tenants connected to your assigned activity.

Sub-agents​

Depending on current permissions, you may see:

  • Sub-agent names;
  • activation status;
  • tenants;
  • listed properties;
  • activity;
  • performance.

Filters​

Filters may include:

  • district;
  • location;
  • landlord;
  • property;
  • house type;
  • collection status.

House Types​

Supported categories may include:

  • single;
  • double;
  • shop;
  • other current property categories.

Recent Activity​

Recent Activity can show the latest actions or relevant events connected to your account.

What if a feature is missing?​

Feature access may depend on:

  • product version.
